Being Human is Messy
Navigating emotions isn’t always straightforward. Love, joy, regret, disappointment, longing—all of these shape our experiences and influence how we show up in the world.
Sometimes, we’re overwhelmed by emotions. Other times, we struggle to feel anything at all. Whatever your emotional landscape looks like, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Emotions Are Meant to Be Felt—Together
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to love and emotions. Whether you're healing from heartbreak, learning to trust, or redefining what love means to you, this Space offers a place to process it all. Emotions can feel overwhelming in isolation, but in community, they become shared experiences—lighter, more meaningful, even joyful. Through connection, we find not just support, but laughter, insight, and the reassurance that we’re never alone in what we feel.

Meet the Love and Other Emotions Keeper
Heather is passionate about how emotions shape our lives and relationships. With a background in non-profit work and hospitality, she creates Spaces for open, authentic connection—whether processing heartbreak, exploring self-love, or navigating the complexities of relationships.
She believes emotions are meant to be felt together, turning isolation into connection. Through storytelling and reflection, Heather fosters meaningful conversations that remind us: we’re never alone in what we feel.

I think it's really helped me find wholeness within myself. And that sometimes better than getting answers is again just hearing voices. And listening to as many people as you can, especially in the world that we live in today. I think it's more important than ever to hear and to be open.

I absolutely have made my best of friends in Totem and it really makes me happy because it's a really good sense of community that I don't really have anywhere else.

Are Keepers therapists?

Generally, no. Keepers differ from therapists in that their role is to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely for everyone. Otherwise, Keepers participate in discussions just like everyone else and do not offer advice or guidance.
